In "The TCY Challenge", players will take the reigns of the same college football team with one goal in mind: to build the best football program over a span of 20 seasons.

The challenges will be great and the competition will be fierce. Do you have what it takes to win? Read on and find out!

In "The TCY Challenge", players all begin with the same TCY dynasty file. During the game, players will focus on building their dynasty into the best program possible.

The competition will last 20 seasons and will occur on three levels. The first level is within each season. The player who earns the greatest number of points during each season will earn bonus points that will be added to the final, cumulative score.

The second level is within each scoring category. The player who ends the competition with the most points in any given category will receive bunus points that will be added to the final, cumulative score.

The third level of competition determines the Challenge's ultimate victor and is based on all of the points earned during the 20 season span.

The specific team used in the challenge will be selected at a later time. My hope is that we can continue the "TCY Challenge" with a different team once the initial competition is finished.

The Challenge's point system is based on the following categories:

1. Recruiting success
2. Winning games
3. Year end score
4. Conference championship
5. Player Awards
6. Player of the Year
7. Post-season success
8. Year end poll rank
9. Coach of the Year
10. Season and Category Bonuses

-I've tried to weight these categories and events into how they affect coach's/program prestige in the real world. So, winning a national championship or coach of the year award are the most valuable single events, while landing a top recruit or winning a game are much less valuable.

-The specific scoring rules for each category will be posted on the "Scoring" page.
